Salmon Poke Bowl With Natural Greek Style Yogurt
A healthy ‘summer eats’ food idea.
Our Salmon Poke Bowl made with natural yogurt or lactose free kefir.
1. Dice up the chilli and spring onion and combine with the salmon, yogurt and sriracha. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Once combined, add a layer of sushi rice into a bowl and spoon on the salmon mixture.
3. Finish off with freshly chopped veg of your choice and enjoy!
