Mocha Pot Desserts With Caffe Latte - Tims Dairy

What you’ll need:

Makes 4 small servings

150g Tims Dairy Caffe Latte Greek style yogurt
25g chocolate, melted – we used dark chocolate with 70% solids for a less sweet and more bitter flavour
Grated chocolate for decoration (optional)

How to do it:

Place the yogurt in a small bowl and leave out of the fridge for an hour or so as it needs to be at room temperature before blending in the chocolate
Gradually stir in the melted chocolate until it is well blended, or if you prefer, marbled through
Divide the mix between 4 small glasses or ramekin dishes and chill until set
Serve as they are or with a little extra chocolate on top

Recipe Tip:
It’s important to make sure the yogurt is slightly warm before adding the chocolate.  If it’s too cold, the melted chocolate will set as soon as you start stirring and become bitty.  It’ll still be delicious but not as velvety smooth as it should be!
