Chocolate covered coffee beans, chocolate fingers or cocoa powder for dusting
How to do it:
Divide the Caffè Latte Greek Style yogurt between four coupe glasses (or other cocktail glasses of choice) filling to about three quarters full. Gently tap the bases to level off the yogurt
Lightly whip the cream until it has just thickened slightly but is still pourable and flood the tops of the yogurt filled glasses
Decorate with chocolate covered coffee beans or a dusting of cocoa powder
For a really impressive finish, scrape a large sharp knife over the top of the glass to give a completely flat surface and using a stencil, dust with cocoa powder
Chill well before serving with a coffee liqueur or some biscotti on the side
