Tony is one of the four Timotheou brothers and has been with the family business for over 40 years in production and operations. He heads up business and projects at the dairy, overseeing the smooth running of the factory and production on a daily basis. His years of experience in the family business ensure a progressive and sustainable approach to production, procurement and delivery.
