Toffee Yogurt Cake

A quick, easy and delicious cake which is ideal for all the family.
Takes 20 minutes to make and 50-60 minutes to bake.
- 275g self raising flour
- 150g tub of Tims Dairy Wholemilk Toffee yogurt
- 110 ml olive oil
- 150g caster sugar
- 2 medium eggs
- 100g chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan160°C/gas 4 and line a 2lb loaf tin. Sieve the flour into a large mixing bowl then add all the other ingredients except the chocolate chips. Mix the ingredients together well and then gently stir in the chocolate chips. Pour into your prepared loaf tin and then bake for 40 minutes. At this point the top of the cake may need covering with foil to prevent burning. Bake for a further 5-10 minutes until the cake is firm but spongy to the touch. Leave to cool then enjoy.
